About Maison Manifeste
ABOUT MAISON MANIFESTE
Maison Manifeste designs functional stationery for structured thinking and modern workflows.
In a fast-paced digital environment, physical writing remains a reliable tool for focus, planning, and clear execution.
Most traditional notebooks impose rigid layouts and fixed pages. We designed a modular alternative that adapts to your process.
We create notebooks built around three core principles:
- Minimal aesthetics: Clean, simple design that fits naturally on any desk.
- Full modularity: Pages that smoothly remove and reposition anywhere in your notebook.
- Sustainable design: Refillable structures engineered to reduce waste.
An object built not to constrain your notes, but to help you structure ideas, organize priorities, and execute with clarity.
OUR COMMITMENT
We adhere to a design ethos focused on practical utility, tactile quality, and lasting performance.
We build tools for those who view writing as a key component of their daily workflow.
It is an adaptable system engineered for long-term use.
We exist to bring clarity to your workspace.
By offering tools that are both clean in design and structurally flexible, we help you maintain focus over your projects.
Because clear organization leads to better execution.
OUR VALUES
WHO WE ARE
Behind Maison Manifeste is a team of designers and organization enthusiasts focused on practical clarity.
Looking for a notebook that could adapt to modern workflows, we built our own modular system, combining clean materials with true practical flexibility.
We design for thinkers, creators, and professionals who view writing as a simple, effective tool to structure their work and daily projects.
THE STORY BEHIND MAISON MANIFESTE
A note from the Founder : "Maison Manifeste didn’t start with a business plan; it started with a daily frustration.
I was writing every day, capturing ideas, projects, and plans I truly cared about. Yet my notebooks kept working against me. The pages were locked in place, forcing a rigid order that quickly turned a valuable personal archive into an unorganized mess.
When I looked for better alternatives, every "luxury" option offered the same surface-level promise: beautiful covers, but the exact same static binding. None solved the real problem: the ability to move, add, or remove pages freely, so a notebook could adapt to how we actually think.
So I decided to build one.
It took months, countless prototypes, and a long series of failed attempts to refine the system into what Maison Manifeste is today, a discbound structure designed for pure utility first, wrapped in a refined aesthetic.
The name carries a deep personal meaning. In French, a manifeste is a clear statement of intent, but it is also the root of "manifester", to make something real. Writing by hand engages the mind differently than a screen ever can. It activates both analytical and creative focus, turning raw thought into deliberate action. I firmly believe that pen and paper remain the most powerful tool for shaping our vision."
Designed in France, Maison Manifeste is headquartered in the United States, with inventory warehoused and shipped directly across the US.
SUSTAINABILITY BY DESIGN
From day one, our goal was simple: replace single-use paper goods with a reusable, modular system.
At Maison Manifeste, sustainability is directly integrated into how the product functions.
True sustainability lies in utility and longevity. By designing a system centered around reusable materials and adaptable layouts, we build stationery meant to support your work over the long run.
✦ Refillable framework: Keep the cover indefinitely, replacing or updating only the internal pages
✦ Metal binding discs: Engineered with solid metal hardware for structural durability
✦ Minimalist packaging: Shipped in recyclable packaging
By choosing a reusable system, you invest in a permanent workspace tool that naturally reduces daily paper consumption.
