Shipping & Returns

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear, depending on the carrier and destination.

You can also track it anytime via the “Order Tracking ” tab on our website.

We want every Maison Manifeste order to arrive in perfect condition and to meet your expectations. Each notebook set is carefully designed, assembled, and packaged as a complete set, intended for immediate personal use.

Because our products include removable pages, multiple accessories, and premium packaging, once an item has been opened, it can no longer be resold in its original condition. International return logistics also vary significantly depending on the destination.


European Union (EU):
Customers located within the EU may exercise their mandatory 14-day withdrawal right, provided the item remains sealed, unopened, unused, and complete.


Outside the European Union:
To ensure product integrity and maintain fair international logistics, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.


However, if your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will of course take full responsibility and offer a replacement or a refund.

If you are unsure whether your situation qualifies, we encourage you to contact us. We are always happy to review each request carefully and fairly.

All Maison Manifeste products are inspected before shipment.

If your order arrives with a visible defect, damage, or error, please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • a brief explanation
  • clear photos of the product and its packaging


Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund
