Shipping & Returns
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear, depending on the carrier and destination.
You can also track it anytime via the “Order Tracking ” tab on our website.
If you have any questions regarding tracking, please feel free to contact us.
We offer a 14-day return window for physical goods, subject to the following strict conditions:
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: in its original, unopened packaging.
- Sealed Packaging: The shipping seal, protective wrap, or any security stickers must not be broken. Items that show signs of opened shipping packaging, use, missing components, or are not in their original, resellable condition will be strictly refused.
To initiate a return, you must follow this process:
- Authorization: You must first contact us at support@maisonmanifeste.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without prior contact and an official RMA will be refused.
- Shipping Address: Once authorized, items must be sent to our official business address: Manifeste, LLC 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305 Newark, DE 19713, USA
- Costs & Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strictly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All Maison Manifeste products are inspected before shipment.
If your order arrives with a visible defect, damage, or error, please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery with:
- your order number
- a brief explanation
- clear photos of the product and its packaging
Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund
All payments on our website are processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant gateways.
Your payment information is encrypted during transmission and we never store your credit card details.
We accept secure payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other trusted methods displayed at checkout.
All orders are processed within 24 business hours, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
